The splendid result of a collaboration of two old friends, Cristiano Van Zellar of Port fame and Javier Hidalgo of Jerez fame, this aged Manzanilla, from a single vineyard, possesses typical freshness and a delicate fragrance. Dry, light, and crisp yet well-rounded in flavours; it has a clean, subtle and faintly yeasty nose.  Pastrana Manzanilla is matured in “solera” in casks of American oak in the town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda in the Vinicola HidalgoY Cia. cellars. Serve chilled as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to light meals especially seafood and fried or salty foods.  It will awaken you to the pleasure of fine sherry.
