Cava Brut

A fresh cava, with a light, long-lasting taste and excellent bouquet – the result of two years’ ageing “sur lies.”  Well-integrated bubbles, good yeasty aroma with hints of apricot.  Its clear, clean straw colour hints at the elegant, classical finish to follow.
