Vinho Regional Terras do Sado

A sincere wine, estate produced and bottled in the Terras do Sado (Pamela) region located just south of Lisbon from 100% Periquita grapes.

A prolonged maceration at rigidly controlled temperature results in a wine of deep ruby colour, having full aromas and flavours of blackberries and raspberries with hints of spice.  Consume this very quaffable and value packed wine at 18 to 20 degrees Celsius; it is a fine accompaniment with all meat dishes and cheeses.

"... intense dark red colour and gobs of black raspberry fruit on the nose. This is a rich red, swimming in black raspberry, jammy fruit. The spicy liquorice finish is dry and tannic, but it should soften up over the next year in bottle.  Another promising New Wave Portuguese red."
