Cabernet Sauvignon 2006

The 2006 Stonehedge Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegantly, sophisticated and full bodied wine. It is a luscious Cabernet with moderate tannins, light oakiness, and a long finish, tasting of blueberry, cherry, vanilla, spicy oak and tobacco.

 

A versatile wine which can be enjoyed with a wide variety of foods from grilled meats to hearty pasta dishes  to cheeses and chocolate.

Sauvignon Blanc 2006

Produced 100% from Sauvignon Blanc grown in coastal areas of California, this wine delivers a delightful melody of pear-melon, with flashes of pineapple fig in a lasting yet crisp and clean finish. 

 

It has well balanced acidity and makes a great food wine; while its aromatic bouquet makes it enjoyable as an aperitif.

Terroir Select Malbec Mendocino 2006

This “Terroir Select” Malbec is produced from grapes grown in one of Mendocino county’s best vineyards, “Sanel Valley”. Malbec’s plantings are some of the smallest acreage of any grape varieties in the state of California, and its yields are very low. The maximum this vineyard produces per acre is 3 tons per acre. 

 

Rich purple black color, aroma of violets, layers of black cherry, hazelnuts and white chocolate.

 

This wine can comfortably age for 15 years.

Terroir Select Petite Syrah Mendocino 2004

Produced exclusively from grapes grown in the famed “Pallini Ranch” Vineyard in Mendocino county. The vines are among the oldest vineyards planted in the state of California. A beautiful marriage of chocolate and berries in a silky smooth texture is what this elegant Petite Syrah delivers. 

 

If allowed to “sit” for 1 or 2 hours, delicious complex new flavors will surface.

 

This wine has an aging potential of 8 years.
