A beautiful blend of Sangiovese, and Sagrantino from the the Col Santo Umbrian estate.
Intense ruby red colour, with a fruity bouquet, ranging from spices to wild berries. Tannins are soft and the finish is long.
Best enjoyed at 17-18°C with aged cheese, pasta dishes with ragout, and various red and white meat dishes and with of course with poultry.
