Signatures du Sud

Offers a full range of great value of wines form the Languedoc and Rousillon region of France; VDP to AOC's.  Well crafted and having attractive packaging too.

AOC Faugères 2004 Abbaye de Sylva Plana

The gem of the Faugères appellation. The old vine grenache grapes are macerated and fermented in two manners: long and cool and carbonic.  The two are then blended to offer up an inviting wine loaded with blackberry aromas and flavours, supple tannins yet fresh on the palate.

AOC Faugères 2008 Domaine de l'Auster

The Domaine de l’Auster 2008 is a traditional blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan. It shows big flavours of dark berries and cocoa with an earthy, spicy backbone. The flavours are long on the finish.

This wine is ideal with roasted, grilled or savoury/harvest style dishes, making it the ideal wine for the fall/winter season and is a great holiday season recommendation.
