Today, it is managed by Roland Perret du Cray. It is the most famous estate producing the best wines in this region of South Burgundy. This wine is the excellence of Chardonnay. Ready to drink and ideal as an aperitif; it can easily stay in cellar for up to 8 years. Serve chilled - but not too much (12°C) - with fish and seafood of course, but also poultry and white meat.

| AOC Montagny Premiére Cru 2005The appellation Montagny 1er Cru is a small but important white burgundy. Only 1,650 cases of this exquisite wine were produced from estate grown Chardonnay grapes from a 3.5 Ha chalky clay soil vineyard at an altitude of 270 meters. This is the essence of Chardonnay! Long in the mouth, mineral with notes of hazelnut, fern, and lots of fruit; it is the excellence of Chardonnay, ready to drink now and ideal as an aperi but which can easily stay in the cellar for up to 8 years; serve chilled (but not too much) at about 12°C with fish and seafood of course, but also poultry and white meat.
