The 100% Bonarda grapes were harvested from some of the best vineyards in the Santa Rosa area of Mendoza that provide exceptional fruit and low yields.
The colour is an intense lively red. On the nose there are black fruit aroms with delicate coffee notes. There is a harmony on the palate and is fresh and fruity with a pleasant soft finish.
Served at 14-18°C, it is a good partner of grilled meats and fish, hard cheeses, pasta and definitley complimenbts chocolate cakes.
