Dante Robino Bonarda 2006

The 100% Bonarda grapes were harvested from some of the best vineyards in the Santa Rosa area of  Mendoza that provide exceptional fruit and low yields.

 

The colour is an intense lively red.  On the nose there are black fruit aroms with delicate coffee notes.  There is a harmony on the palate and is fresh and fruity with a pleasant soft finish.

 

Served at 14-18°C, it is a good partner of grilled meats and  fish, hard cheeses, pasta and definitley complimenbts chocolate cakes.

Dante Robino Cabernet Sauvignon 2008

A 100% Cabernet Sauvignon made from fruit coming from vineyars in the Lujan de Cuyo area of Mendoza.  Planted in 1999, the vineyards located at 900m above sea level, are exposed to a wide temperature range.

 

Full-bodied and filled with blackberries, blackcurrants and plum flavours with just a hint of mint and pepper well integrated with chunky ripe tannins. No mistaking it for anything but good Cabernet Sauvignon.

Dante Robino Malbec 2007

Touted as Argentina's signature variety, this wine is substantial.

 

A warm, rich and friendly wine with loads of blackcherry fruit, ample spice, a measure of vanilla and a hints of cedar and earthy notes.  Structured, muscular and firm on the palate that has been tempered through judicious oak ageing.  Great balance and complexity of fruit and acid that will make this wine a long lived beauty.

Novacento Extra Brut NV

Made from 50% Ugni Blanc and 50% Chenin Blanc, this charmat method sparkling wine is pale yellow in colour with greenish hues and demonstrates delicate and attractive bubbles. Fresh and fruity, it has complex citrus and yeasty notes with just a hint of toasted bread.

 

Well-balanced and with elegant texture, it atacks well and it delicate flavours come to life on the palate; and, it finishes long.   It is and ideal companion for seafood, white meats, and citrusy and/or creamy sauces.

Suá Lemon

Bright and cheerful - fun on any table, this is slightly frizzante wine produced with crisp white wine and lemon pulp.

 

Made from 50% Chenin Blanc, 35% Ugni Blanc and 15% Sangiovese grapes grown at high altitude, to which 1.5% natural lemon pulp fruit is added.

 

Slightly sweet with wonderful soft lemony flavour it should be served at 5-8°C.
