Prosecco di Conegliano D.O.C. V.S.Q.P.R.D.
Produced in the Conegliano region using Prosecco Balbi varietal; harvested ripe by hand with the selection in the field of only the best grapes. Vinification after de-stemming with soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation is by the Charmat method in pressure tanks with selected yeasts from the production area, at low temperature. The fermentation period is 30-40 days.
A very significant spumante; the fine, gentle and persistent perlage are distinctive of the refined elegance of this sparkling wine. Its fresh and fruity mousse recalls green apples, grapefruit and banana while the dominating flowery note is acacia flower. Besides enhancing the perfumes described, this wine has a good acidity that makes it fresh, well balanced and velvety. The strong structure is balanced by an equally important sugar content, giving rise to a perfect combination of elegance and character.
The full-bodied and long lasting flavour and its bouquet are marked by and unusual vanilla content which accentuates the complexity of the wine. Unlike other Prosecco wines, it is perfect at the end of the meal; enjoy a glass with friends while you relax after dinner.
