A.O.C. Pinot Blanc - Kosher 

A wonderful example of Pinot Blanc from the Alsace with the added benefit of being Kosher (and Mevushal).  It is well rounded yet delicate and combines the freshness and softness, representing the happy medium in the range of Alsace wines.

Having an ageing potential of 3 to 4 years, this wine harmonizes with most dishes.  It is best appreciated with fish dishes, chicken, or cold platters.
